Community & Connection

Support Groups

Structured group environments for connection, reflection, and shared experience. Small groups designed to move beyond surface-level interaction toward genuine mutual support.

The Value of Group Work

Why Groups Matter

Something particular happens in a small group that does not happen in individual work. When people who share similar challenges come together with structure and intention, they begin to recognize something important: they are not alone in their experience. That recognition is itself a form of relief.

Group settings also offer opportunities that individual settings do not — the chance to offer support, not just receive it; to hear your own experience reflected in someone else’s words; to practice new ways of engaging in real time, with real people.

These groups are not unstructured venting sessions. They are facilitated, purposeful spaces oriented around learning, connection, and development.

What to Expect

How the Process Works

1. Reach Out

Submit an inquiry through the contact form, indicating which group you’re interested in. Include any relevant context about where you are and what you’re looking for.

2. Brief Intake Conversation

A short conversation to ensure the group is a good fit for your current situation and goals. This is not an evaluation — it’s an orientation for both parties.

3. Enrollment and Orientation

Once enrolled, you’ll receive practical information about the group structure, agreements, and what to expect from your first session.

4. Ongoing Participation

Groups meet weekly. Consistent participation is encouraged — the benefit of group work accumulates over time and is enhanced by continuity.
